Ordering a HyperDAAC CDROM is a two-stage process. First, you fill this form, and confirm it with this server. You are then taken to a secure server to enter payment and delivery details.
Step 1(a): Tell us where you are (this will enable us to compute postage and tax). Note that this must agree with your delivery address, which you will enter in the next Form. We are required by law to charge V.A.T. (sales tax) to customers from the E.U. countries.
Step 1(b): Order your CDROM(s). Enter the number of copies you require. The Standard License permits you essentially unrestricted use within your organization: for example, mounting the CDROM over a network for your lab or classroom, or holding it in your library. The concessionary Student License is for individual use only.
Step 1(c): Select postage option. Standard postage is first class within the UK, and small parcel post by airmail elsewhere (recorded delivery in all cases). Delivery times are about 1 day (UK), 3-5 days (EU) and 4-8 days (worldwide), but these are not guaranteed (please allow a full additional week before enquiring). You have the option of premium rate postage, for which we will use special delivery (UK) or swiftair (elsewhere) for faster delivery, and ensure your order is posted on the same working day (next day for late/afternoon orders).
